City staff and police moved in July 2018 occupying 30,000 Sq.Ft. the previous Oakwood medical facility was transformed within 16 months (design and construction).
CDPA worked side by side with City and Police officals/staff and evaluate multipale sites/buildings and upon dicision to purchase the pervious Oakwood facility. CDPA fast tracked design and construction document phases which allowed the short time frame from purchase of building to occupancy.
The design concieved by CDPA transformed their “windowless” structure into a friendly modern facility servicing Allen Park Residents. In addition to expediting documents CDPA was there at every step with immediate question answering and prompt shop drawings review.Size: 23,000 Sq.Ft. Existing
